diwa Personalservice GmbH – from Bavarian family enterprise to Europe-wide acting group of companies
 
In the year 1982 Anton Hoeger sen. founds an enterprise offering services (German word: “dienstleistung”) and maintenance contracts (German Word: “wartung” on a temporary personnel lease base and named it - as short version - “diwa”.
 
In a very short time the new company is established in the business market and obtains the unlimited permission for placement of personnel soon after.
